  • According to a discussion on CanModelTrains, these are Cartier Railway AC4400CWs that crashed into a rotary unloader in Port-Cartier, Quebec last November. The crew was not killed.

    (The Cartier Railway hauls iron ore from mines in northern Quebec to tidewater on the north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Like the Alaska Railroad, it doesn’t interchange with other lines.)
