These maps of Ukraine’s presidential election results (originals here and here) illustrate the problem: suspiciously higher voter turnouts (compared to the first round of voting) and regionally polarized results (though, as Le Sabot Post-Moderne points out, that’s including the questionable votes, and the real picture may well be quite different).
