Lorraine Brace writes, “We have a very old and important cloth map of the Village of Norwood that is very fragile and we need advice as to how to preserve it from any further deterioration.” She’s writing from Norwood, Ontario, which should give you some context as to the age of the map — I’m guessing that “very old” is fewer than 200 years is this case.
