Canada’s Archives Interested in Map Auction?
A 444-year-old map, one of the first with the name “Canada” on it, is up for auction at Christie’s next month, and Library and Archives Canada — the national archives and library — is deciding whether to bid on it. The map is expected to go for about $200,000. Via Cartography.
