- Perceptions of the World in the Middle Ages a postgraduate colloquium dealing with geographical and astronomical knowledge, Philipps-Universität Marburg, March 9-11, 2007.
- Colloque Coronelli, a conference on the Coronelli globes (see previous entry), to take place March 22-23, 2007 at the Bibliothèque Nationale’s François Miterrand site in Paris.
- Association for American Geographers AGM, April 17-21, 2007 in San Francisco.
