Microsoft Streets & Trips 2007, GPS Included
Microsoft Streets & Trips 2007 was announced today. The highlight is that it comes with an improved USB GPS “locator” that turns your computer into a GPS receiver. This isn’t new: the 2006 version also came with such a device, but I wasn’t paying attention; I don’t know when they started adding it. $129 with the locator, $40 without (less via Amazon). The new gps hardware included with Streets and Trips 2007 is significantly improved over last years. It is smaller and more sensitive. I talked about it in a little more detail the other day on the Virtual Earth blog -

I hope to have a more detailed review online in a few days. maybe a weekend roadtrip is in order :-)
